Arbiom

Arbiom is working to develop a food protein from agricultural and forestry waste. They aim to make use of the organic matter generated by the exploitation of land already under cultivation to produce an alternative to animal proteins without exacerbating deforestation. Arbiom's key challenge is to make the manufacturing process for a little-known product (yeast) understandable and explain the environmental benefits of this solution compared with other protein production methods. To achieve this, particular attention has been paid to the creation of icons and diagrams explaining the manufacturing process and the environmental benefits of the product.
