L'Asphodèle
Les Résistants
The project
L'Asphodèle is a hybrid project aimed at restoring the Courégant moorland in Morbihan, led by Florent and Grégoire and centred on three mutually reinforcing pillars: the moorland, the garden and the restaurant. More than just a beautiful restaurant, it is a space for experimenting and sharing new ways of producing and consuming food. For this project, I created the brand identity using digitally reworked engravings, a raw drawing technique where the hand’s touch remains visible, echoing the site’s deep roots in the Breton countryside. I also designed the website, the illustrations and the signage/printed materials, paying particular attention to the choice of paper and formats to minimise the need for reprints due to the constantly changing menus.
